After making your purchase, we will be in contact with you at each delivery point. We will also contact you upon delivery to ensure your purchase is delivered as planned.
Finally, as you can see in your ‘Billing details’ in CHECKOUT, the Phone option is optional, although in some cases it will probably be necessary to contact by phone or even by video-chat to ensure that the delivery has been successful.

  • All orders are prepared as specified in the order details submitted by the user.
  • The customer’s billing and shipping information will appear on the order review and confirmation page as well as the invoice/receipt after an order is placed. This information is never shared or sold. Customers are responsible for reviewing and ensuring Oi3Art receives the complete and correct address information for shipping purposes.
  • Payment is required in full prior to processing orders.
  • All prices refers to the information available on each product. Shipping is FREE to “anywhere” worldwide.
  • Mounted prints may apply to all prints under Acrylic glass and on Metal.
  • Discounts and sales cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before notice of the discount or sale was posted.
  • Oi3Art reserves the right to deny service to anyone at its own discretion. Full payment submitted to Oi3Art will be returned to the payee at that time.

Liability

Oi3Art is not liable for damage or injury to items, animals or people caused by the prints due to negligent, reckless, knowing or intentional actions by any person. By purchasing from Oi3Art, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages or injuries caused by the print once it reaches its shipping destination.

Shipping & Delivery

Oi3Art usually will have orders completed and delivered within 12 to 14 business days. Factors that may delay delivery of an order within that time frame may include weather, order size, equipment malfunctions, or disaster. Customers that have not received their orders within 15 business days may contact Oi3Art for an order status check. Rush orders may be available during certain times of the year. Contact Oi3Art to discuss placing a rush order. International orders may take longer than 15 working days and is dependent upon the shipping schedule of the courier used. Preferable DHL USA. Shipping charges may be based upon the total amount of an order in order to cover cost of parcel weight, size, destination and packaging.

Damaged Works

Notice of damaged merchandise must be submitted to Oi3Art in writing through our contact page within 72 hours upon documented delivery date by the shipping courier. Damaged prints may need to be checked up by Oi3Art for inspection before refunds or replacements can be submitted. Upon contacting Oi3Art further details on replacement procedures will be provided. Please note Oi3Art is not responsible for damage accrued to prints after they have been delivered and caused by the customer or a third party after delivery. Third parties may include but is not limited to framers.

Quality Assurance

All prints, printed products and mounted products have a quality assurance guarantee. Please review our RETURN POLICY section (as follow) for details in the event it is necessary to seek a return or replacement.

Printed Items and Unframed Prints

Oi3Art takes pride in producing only the best quality works. For this reason, you can order confidently knowing we offer a 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee. Oi3Art will either replace or refund any print or product that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported immediately. Contact us to initiaite the process.

For Returns & Replacements after 30 days

If it has been greater than 30 days since you placed your order and you decided for some reason you are not happy with your purchase from Oi3Art, then don’t worry. Contact us so we can assist you.

Instructions For Damaged Items

If an item damaged during shipment, contact Oi3Art within a week of receiving your damaged print so that Oi3Art can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products so that you can provide them to customer service representative.
